FWIW, the Scotti brand pictured on the right is available at most of the Italian markets in my area.

Chx breast with a mixture of honey and curry powder and butter baked and served with brown rice with coconut and peanuts. A dab of chutney topped it all off! Greens for a side. I'm very satisfied.

Check this one out too. Same crazy colors presented in a hippy fashion and is ultimately less time consuming...if that's a concern.
