I almost exclusively use Penzy's. They really have the best spices. Plus you can buy bulk refills so you don't break the bank every time you run out of something.

It might be a bit time consuming, but copy and paste the pdf info into Notepad, which strips out all formatting.

Chx breast with a mixture of honey and curry powder and butter baked and served with brown rice with coconut and peanuts. A dab of chutney topped it all off! Greens for a side. I'm very satisfied.
