| I used to make gluteny bean chocolate cake and I really liked it. My ds would eat it too. It used kidney beans. It does tend to be a bit moist/dense but I like that sometimes. |

I recently received a reply from young pecans that theirs are gluten free. Nothing but pecans are processed at their place.
