One more important thing I should add... that going GF also 'cleaned up' my diet....no more drive-thru. I'm eating lower fat foods... lots more veggies! Kind of going back to the way I used to eat a ...

Hi all!

I've been GF since the beginning of November of last year.

I was diagnosed (with scope in July '08 ) with gastritis...about a month before that I was in the ER with severe stomach pain ...
