My family likes rice cakes and popcorn cakes. We spread GF peanut butter on them and top with things like raisins, bananas, etc. What are some other things we can do with these things? _________________

I break my Orville Redenbacher caramel corn cakes up and mix them with other GF safe nuts, soy crisps, Corn Nuts, etc. and make a trail mix out of it all. Carry the trail mix with me in a small Tupperware container in my purse so I'll always have something safe to eat with me. You can get as creative as your food tolerances allow in making a GF trail mix. I've even added Richardson's pastel mints to mine at time for a sweet taste in it. Praying that you'll get LOTS of ideas to use. Blessings of peace and grace to you and yours. _________________ Carolyn

| Hey, this is Carolyn again. Just didn't log in again. I found the Richardson's pastel mints at WalMart in a small package and at Sam's in a LARGE container. I really like them and enjoy the taste of sweet that they give me without many calories. Enjoy! Praying that you can find them or another GF mint. Blessings! |
