I haven't written in a while. Have been so sick and trying to figure out what else could possibly be wrong with me. My gliaden came back high, my endoscopy came back inconclusive and have stayed away from wheat since June. Was eating only GF bread, cookies ect and I still didn't feel well. Bloating and usual intestinal symptoms from celiac (I thought). Went to the doctor today and asked them to do a yeast test on me. Well, I am absolutely positive for allergy to yeast. My arm is so swollen. I can imagine now why my insides have hurt so bad. Had to get to the bottom of this stuff so now I am wheat, yeast and soy intolerant. Eating has just gotten a little bit more challengling. Got the Elimination diet and took their little test on how I was feeling and it pointed towards yeast (35 symptoms) which made me want to do this test. Now I know. Lost 10 more pounds but now I will be able to get better. Just wanted to share.

Hi Nikki,

I have been wondering about you. I have noticed your absence!

I am sorry to hear that you have not been well Sad

It is very common to have multiple food intolerances. I am seeing more & more people with yeast problems.

I hope this is the answer to all your problems!!!

Don't give up - keep at it!

Thanks for checking in Smile
