Since my daughter is allergic to corn I will use the following Wheat-Free All-Purpose Flour recipe:
6 Cups white rice flour
6 cups brown rice flour
2 cups tapioca flour
2 tbsp xanthan gum (for corn allergy can use guar gum)
Combine all ingredients. Store in a tightly covered container. |
