I have been diagnosed with gluten intolerance and have had a number of symptoms. I also drink a lot of soy mile, usually 3 glasses a day. What kind of symptoms would I be having if a I have a soy intolerance as well?

I'm allergic to soy and I get violently ill - both ends. As soon as I eat or drink something wrong my stomach makes a noise like it is crying. Everyone is different but if you have symptoms after you drink it, I would stop for a couple of days and see if it makes a difference in the way you feel. _________________ Nikki from Texas |

I can't handle soy either, it usually gives me stomach cramps and diarrhea within an hour or two if I have more than just a little bit. I use Pacific rice milk and have really developed a liking for it over soy after a year or so.
