My local health food store leaves much to be desired. I bought a box of Rice crackers that were of a graham style. They were really good and I rationed myself for a long time to savor them. They are now gone and my store doesn't remember them to reorder.

HELP!!!! Does anyone know the manufacturer? They came in a long narrow box and they were a small rectanglular shape with a little decoration around the edge. hey were a dark brown cracker and fairly thick. The box had a plastic tray inside which held about 7 per row and i think it was like 4 rows long. I REALLY would like to find them again. I've surfed the web as much as I can and have yet to run across the ones I had. I just can't believe they don't know what they have ordered in the past. anyways, I'd appreciate your help. Thank you!!

I have a recipe (form the GF Gourmet cookbook) for graham crackers, if you'd like me to post it in the recipes section? Or maybe you're not interested in making your own? Laughing

Let me know . . .

Glad I could help. You are right, they taste pretty good. I have successfully used them to make graham cracker crust for a cheesecake, too.

Merry Christmas!
