Found a good lemon cake mix

Made a very good cake tonight!

Brand is called "Sylvan Border Farm", Lemon cake mix.

VERY PRICEY (around $7), but I felt worth it.

Here's my icing recipe:

1/2 c. shortening, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 tsp. gf vanilla, 1/4 c. water and 4 c. confectioners sugar.

I know this is an old post, but I wanted to add my thumbs up about this lemon cake. I made it this weekend, and served it to my non-GF family, and everybody raved about it. It wasn't as lemony as I wanted, so I made the lemon glaze recipe that was on the package, and it was just right. Definitely not low in fat or calories, but really, really good. I made it in a bundt pan, so it was pretty, too.
