Ok, I am usually pretty skeptical about trying new snacks while at work, but yesterday, I was absolutely ravenous after an unfulfilling lunch of roasted potatoes...
So, I ventured down into the concourse of Penn Station and headed over to Smoothie King. The store carries quite a few snacks, many of them GF. In my severe state of hunger, my eye spied something on the top rack (which I was unable to reach without help)--Carole's Original Soycrunch, Toffee Flavor. Again, I'm one of the pickiest eaters around, so trying this product was *quite* daring for me. Laughing
Anyway, so I'm being longwinded... Embarassed
Just wanted to let you all know that it's quite a yummy GF snack and I think it would be great mixed in yogurt (if you can eat it), pudding, or on top of ice cream/frozen yogurt.
Oh, and just so you guys know--it is tasty, but it's *very* crunchy, so if you work in an office where there is not much privacy, wait till you get home. Wink
Keep smiling and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!
