Hi All,
I'm looking for a southern style gluten free biscuit that's tender, light and flaky. I'm not looking for drop biscuits. The biscuit of my dreams is one that I would get in the deep south at a cafe that serves 'meat and 3.' That's not too much to ask for is it? Does anyone have a tried and true recipe for the biscuit of my dreams?

Go to http://www.wheatfreeamerica.com/ and look at the first article there -- Southern biscuits (and gravy)! Now that was something I loved when I lived in the south (unlike the grits!). Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THe gravy really caught my eye (my mouth was watering and everything!). I loved that white gravy on biscuits, with the little bits of sausage in the gravy, and lots of pepper . . . That was a long time ago, and before diagnosis obviously!

I'm going to make some one Sunday morning, for breakfast.
