GF product review - Frosted Perky-o's

We just tried these for the first time, and I must say that they are quite good. They have a similar texture to Cheerios, but do have a slightly different flavor. They are sweet, but not too sweet. My son ate 2 bowls for breakfast and another after school, and even my non-celiac daughter said they were good. They also make an apple cinnamon flavor and a plain one, which we haven't tried yet.

I have the same complaint with this GF cereal as I do with all the rest - price. We got them at the gluten free mall for over $5.00 for a 10 ounce box. I havent found them anywhere locally yet.

I know what you mean--those darn things can be expensive!!!
I just bought a box of the Apple Cinnamon Perky-O's...I have yet to try them, but I will let you all know.

Just got the apple-cinnamon Perky O's in my Gluten Free Mall order, these are also made by Enjoy Life. No milk, but here goes. Ok these are much better than their bars. Very slight sweet aftertase, just a little of that funny taste we come to expect from Gluten Free, healthy stuff, but overall not to bad. This is one of the better cereals I have tried.
