OMG - I am in love with these waffles. They come in the freezer section at Trader Joe's for about $1.89 for 8 waffles. They have a light banana flavor that is not overpowering and the texture is good. They toast up really nicely in the toaster. They taste great with maple syrup, but I bet the would be good with peanut butter too - who doesn't like peanut butter and banana???
I would love it if people posted when they tried a new GF product that they really liked. I think it would be useful to hear others opinions before wasting $ on some expensive GF food that tastes nasty. What do the rest of you think? _________________ -Colleen

The banana waffles sound interesting, but I must be one of the few who can't stand peanut butter and bananas together. In the spirit of full disclosure, I can't stand peanut butter anything. The smell is just overwhelming to me.
I like the idea of posting the names/brands of products that we've tried and like. So, here goes...
I really like the Dr. Schar crackers. They're much like a club cracker, but aren't as buttery. Great when on the run...terrific with pimento cheese.
