Stess, I cry, cry, cry and than still cry. I also pray, pray, pray and wonder ok God are you listening, did you abandon me. Next I really find comfort in reading my Bible. Exercise helps. Last week was a really hard one for me. I even ended up at the hospital for a few hours because of chest pains. I also lost a dear friend who betrayed me in ways I never dreamed of. Ended up being anxiety over everything that is happened. Next is I called a certain wonderful person and cried to her, we hadn't even met. Usually after I talk to someone who knows the situation I am usually better.
I know I have read the top 10 things that causes Stress and changes in relationship is at the top. It will pass. I hadn't seen you post lately and wondered how you were doing. Glad to see you are hangin in there. Take care. _________________ Donna

(((Donna))) I am sorry that you are still so stressed out! In the friendship that you lost, you have a right to be angry at the betrayal. You are also suffering the grief of the lost friend (almost like a death really especially when it is a close friend.)
How to destress..............my dr. has been lecturing me good on this one. I take the klonopin to help with the heart flutters. I take mega doses of B12. If you can find some of Dr. Peter Wellers, CALM........it is powdered magnesium. You will not believe how much of a difference it makes. I take this and it helps me sleep like a baby. It also helps me to keep thing in perspective.
I think that a lot of us CD people have problems with stress due to the malabsoption problems.
If you ever need to call and talk.......you have my number. I can talk just about anytime except for after 9 unless it is an emergency and then I am okay with any time. (Good or bad, I am a pretty good ear ........and with my memory problems, I usually forget most of the bad stuff anyway, so I don't have anything to blackmail anyone with. LOL)
