It sounds really good to me. Do you normally use dairy? I am wondering if the yogurt would mess me up. I have not been using dairy and I don't know if some baked into something would be ok for me yet.

Yep, that's it! There are some keeper recipes in that book and the focaccia is one of them. I also like the lemon curd bars--mmm.

I think the Ryberg book is good for more experienced bakers (like Peg), but I wouldn't recommend it to people who haven't done much baking. For a person new to baking, I would recommend the book by Rebecca Reilly, Gluten Free Baking. The directions are far more thorough.
