I can't seem to find a phone number for Cadbury USA online and I'm not to keen on calling overseas for product information. If anyone has a stash of Cadbury products, would you please copy the 800 number and post it here? I'm trying to find out which of their Easter confections are GF.
Thanks in advance,
TEC

This is what I found on the Internet (http://www.hersheys.com/products/chocolate.asp)
| Quote: | | Hershey Foods holds a license to manufacture CADBURY chocolate products in the United States. |
| Quote: | | Hershey's goal is to keep each product's nutrition information up-to-date and accurate but please consult the label on the product's packaging before using. If you notice that something is different on a product's label than appears on our website, please call us for more information at (800) 468-1714. |
Hope this helps!!!! _________________ ~Torrey

Cadbury's website is really cool. I couldn't find a phone #. You can find the GF status by doing the following:
Click on the Nutriwizard
OR (it doesn't always work) TRY:
Click on Kitchen and Lifestyle
Click on Nutrition Info
Click on Flash or HTML Nutriwizard _________________ -Colleen

Thanks all for your quick help!
When I was on the phone with the Hershey rep I asked if they by any chance owned Cadbury. As Torrey pointed out they do. I then got some confusing information regarding their GF labeling and then asked to speak to the reps manager who happened to be a nutritionist-YEA!
So, here's the deal. Hershey's DOES clearly list all gluten containing ingredients on the label. Same with Cadbury as long as the label lists Hershey as it owner. Some of the Cadbury products manufactured in the UK aren't owned by Hershey so they may follow different guidelines.
I also called Nestle and the rep said that any products manufactured by Nestle will clearly list gluten. When I asked about jelly beans the rep said that they produce jelly beans under the Wonka brand. I don't know if the jelly beans are GF or not.
That's the rest of the story.
