can u recommend any?
The health food stores carry Boombars (which are like trail mix bars), Lara Bars, which I haven't tried yet, and and Glutino makes breakfast bars (which are kind of like fig newtons--don't buy the chocolate.) They're all individually wrapped and handy for throwing in your purse or pocket.
