Does anyone know if Muscle Milk is GF? I know the ready-made Myoplex drink is, but I was just checking out other options...

I'm curious b/c I have been working some long hours at the new job (but it's all good and I really like it!), and am looking for some easy/quick things that I can keep in the fridge or cabinets here when I need something quick...

Lately, we have all been working around the clock to get a project done, and they have ordered us food, but I haven't been able to eat it...

This week has been especially crazy and I know my diet has been lacking b/c I have to keep my cube stocked with GF food...

Torrey,
I've never heard of Muscle Milk. Sounds like a high-protein drink that body builders use to put on mass, correct? Balance Bars are gluten free. I especially like the Balance Bar Gold variety..caramel, peanuts, chocolate...much like a Snicker's bar.

If you need something more substantial, I've been using the A Taste of Thai meals for emergency food needs. To be honest, I've been keeping them in the car. All you have to do is add some water, microwave for 2-3 minutes, stir and microwave for another minute. They're monkey easy and pretty good for fast, processed foods. I especially like the Coconut Ginger Noodles and choose to eat the Peanut Noodles when I feel I need some protein (from the peanuts). All of the gluten free varieties are clearly labeled as such under the ingredients. I can't stomach the Red Curry variety as it has a lot of fish sauce in it...lots of strong smelling foods have been making me sick lately so you might like it.

NOTE: The Pad Thai is not gluten free.

Hope your schedule slows down a bit. How is the increase in protein containing foods coming along?

Ditto on that, they're now part of my main lunch meals for the week. I also keep non-perishable food in my cube, just in case (Crasins, dried cereal, etc).
