Reuters is reporting on a study in the Archives of Internal Medicine linking osteoporosis to CD.

yep! Very true, I'm 21 and have osteoarthritis with a decreased bone mass. This is because people with CD don't always absorb nutrients properly especially vitamin d!!!

that is why u take calcium with d 1000 mg Very Happy . It has helped me I was prone to braking bones from the time I was 22 to 35. so take calcium with d 1000 mg a day.

we tried that, I take just vitamin d suppliments by RX as my body doesn't process calcium properly it just ends up in lumps on my bones

there was an article in SHAPE magazine about CD too

i think its a GREAT thing
once an article is in ONE woman's magazine it ususally gets in aLL of them
