| Does anyone know if u can claim glasses or contacts on ur taxes. I only use to wear glasses to drive, now I have to wear progressive bifocals. The eye Dr. said it is due to my celiac & the meds I take for it. |

hmmmmmmmmm never heard that one before---now i do know that many times a type 1 diabetic may need glasses due to the illness--never heard that about us--most of us get to a certain age and need bifocals----i work for an eye doctor and i do know that they can see diseases in your eyes before you know you have a problem--such as thyroid and such--never heard that before---i never needed glasses until i turned about 41 and then i needed bifocals--dont need any correction otherwise, only for reading----deb |
