My baby tried eggs for the first time the other day. The results were immediate... hives everywhere, and he didn't even TASTE them. He just grabbed them off the spoon, tossed them across the room, and wiped his face with his hands.
So, his doctor decided to run a full food allergy panel. Little Ian now has confirmed allergies to milk, eggs, peanuts, and soy.
Can I scream now?
In looking through our fridge/freezer - that which does not contain milk, contains soy. Sheesh!
So, for lunch he had an Enjoy Life Carmel Apple bar. He really liked it - but that's not really a great lunch.
Guess he's gonna be a "meat and tatoes" type guy... huh? |

Awww, I'm sorry Kris! *hugs* Hopefully he'll grow out of it when he's older.
If it makes you feel any better I know a guy who's almost literally allergic to EVERYthing. Their meals consist of meat, potatos, and pasta. That's it. I have no clue how they manage it. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

I have a friend who is allegic to almost EVERYTHING but chicken. Any other meat, most veggies, gluten, preservatives, etc. makes her ill. It makes me glad I only have to worry about gluten! Hopefully your sweetie will eventually outgrow the allergies. I'm glad you have a definite and confirmed diagnosis - any of those allergies could make Ian sick if you had not known!
Blessings for your liitle one!
