i recently got into goji berries - they are a more rare dried fruit - they look like red raisins, but are harder. You need to soak them for about a half hour or so before eating, then drink the water you soak them in. they are a total superfood and deliciious. loaded w/ vitC, beta carotene, amino acids, fiber, and PROTEIN (yeah, a dried fruit high in protein) - awesome. after done soaking add them to whatever you want or just eat them up!!!
also you can make goji berrie juice. all you have to do is drop about 10-15 or whatever depending on concentration desired into your water and let it sit for a bit - it's delicious. i know this isn't really a recipe - but it's something new and healthy

Did you buy these on-line or are they found in stores?
They look even healthier than pomagranates! _________________ Kim --
