Please, oh please with xanthan gum on top.....

When people post recipes, instead of saying just "GF flour mix", could you also include WHICH flour mix you used? There are so many, I have tried dozens, and they are not all applicable to every recipe. For example, Bette hagman 4 flour bean mix is good for cookies, but I do not use it to make bread.

It would be helpful before trying a new recipe if I could look at the proportions of your flour mix and compare it to the flour mixes I already have.

Anyone else feel like me?

You betcha baby!

Mrs. P,
I didn't say anything because you seem to be juggling alot at this time and was afraid the request for a flour mix might upset the balance.

TEC, not a problem. You all just remember that 'old habits die hard'. With that said, if I don't remember to post the flour mix recipe, PLEASE post and ask me to post the recipe.

In the front of my 'cookbook' that I use at the house, I typed up the 'names' of my mixes on the 2nd page and from then on, I just typed the name in the recipes, so I will have to remember to copy paste two things...........that's a lot for an old lady to remember. LOL

YES! I hate the words "GF flour mix". I would also dearly love to know WHAT flour mix to use.
