help:I need software for recipes and journal

o I have celiacs and of course sereral other problems,fibromyalga,crsd,and IC and I need to find software that will help me keep my recipess and a journal to keep my day to day food intake and results, so I can break down what it is that is making me sick.I am still having problem with fatigue and nausa, abdominal pain,dizzyness.I just found out that I have celiacs about a month ago.It's a parcial relief to find out that its not all in my head.This has really put a big strain on my marriage.I have lost a lot of weight,I a depressed all the time. I just moved to this new town about a year ago and I am a stay at home mom I don't have many friends here because I don't get out because of my illness. I really hope someone can give me so answers. I have tried sereral stores with no help. I live on a fixed income so anyone that can help me find the software and a journal and also best place to get my food.I would really appreciate it. I am also trying to find a pda so I can take it to stores and keep my journal and medical info.Please please any help would be greatly helped.I also need a recipe for rice cakes. Thanks so very much.

why dont u just use the word for windows program to make a journal
or any word processing software that u probably already have on your computer

like lynn said u can use anywords or windows program for ur journal. and as for the diet it is very strict. I have several DX too, I have CD, Crohn's, Hiatal hernia & now a cyst behind my sinus cavity. There r times that I can hardly walk Because I'm in so much pain. I also get dizzy spells, severe headaches, & fall alot. I've been in the hospital 2 x's because of all my systoms. My GI Dr. doesn't give me any answers why things r happening. So I'm switching Gi Dr's. I was dx in dec. 04 & have been very faithfull to my G/F diet but I still get all these symptoms. I need answers just like everyone else does. Just keep plugging all the web site that u can to get the info that will help u. most of us r in the same boat we all try to help each other I hope that someone here can help u. U just have to keep asking questions. No question is stupid.
