Just wanted to share my bagal experience this morning....
My son was over (he's 23). I was having my bagal and cream cheese with fresh strawberries. my son grabbed half, and popped it in his mouth before I could grab it from him Laughing I smacked his hand and told him to go get his own, ( my hubby eats the "REAL" ones).
He asked me "why, these are better Exclamation Very Happy . " I couldn't argue that, he's right Exclamation Exclamation (he tested negative, thank God!) then he asked if he could have more, I told him only if he went to the store and picked more up.
HE WENT Exclamation Exclamation Laughing
It made my day.
have a great day all.... Cool

Tec, You're so right. Chewy and dense is a much more accurate description. I guess when I said Soft.. I really meant not hard and crumbly tasting like cardboard or styrofoam.

Now you're just pulling my leg: there's no such thing as GF bread that doesn't fall apart and taste like cardboard! Laughing

My Bread by Anna should arrive today, so I can't really comment on that. But the Whole Foods bread (at least the bread here) acts like every other GF bread: crumbles to bits and tastes like packing peanuts.

Jayhowkmom,
That is a good idea. My daughter too is teething and those teeting toys are only good for so long as far as entertainment.

Those bagels sound yummy. I saw a Wild Oats when we were driving the other day. If I can remember where it was I hope to stop and spend my paycheck. Whoops, I mean try their wide selection of K products. Laughing
