Help with Zojirushi S15

I've been recently diagnosed, and have picked up a Zojirushi S15 breadmaker. I am anxious to try since I've gone without bread for 4 weeks now. I've downloaded the instruction manual off of the Zojirushi web site. But is very difficult to understand. Is there an easy way to programm the S15 for the custom bread cycle. According to the manual you seem to have to put it into programming mode and actually baby sit the thing while it goes through the whole baking cycle. Isn't there a way to just program it with the right times directly ????????

Hi,

I downloaded the manual. I only had a chance to briefly look thru it. You are right it does look like you have to babysit it. BUT there is a section on MEMORY TIMER. I think that is the key.

Maybe over the weekend I'll have a chance to take a closer look at it.
