2 cans whole water chestnuts, drained
1 pound GF bacon sliced in half
GF teriyaki sauce
Wrap chestnut in a half slice of bacon and skewer with a toothpick. Repeat with remainder. Place all in a ziplock bag or airtight container. Pour teriyaki over skewers. Marinate over night. Next day, place in 13 x 9 baking dish, or on cookie trays with sides (don't use airbakes!). Bake 350* about 20 minutes, or until done. Serve hot. _________________
