I wondered if any of you have discovered this fabulous e-cookbook.

One of my new clients, who's waiting for a Celiac diagnosis but happens also to be a vegetarian, sent me a link to a FREE Gluten-Free, vegetarian (mostly vegan) on-line cookbook. It also has some very interesting desserts and a menu planner. Developed by a professional chef.
