Breakfast Baked Good

I vaguely recall someone posting a recipe for a coffee cake or other breakfast type baked good recently. Unfortunately, I can't remember what it was called so the search function wasn't much help. I did find a recipe for a danish, donuts and monkey bread, but those weren't what I was thinking of.

I need a tried and true breakfasty type baked good for tomorrow AM. I'm not going to the store [I think it's 9 degrees right now.] and I'm out of potato starch. I do however have lots of other flours/starches. Whatever I make has to travel well, can be made tonight and is good at room temp...or slightly frozen.

Any thoughts?
