Worcestershire is tricky because it has soy sauce in it. Lea & Perrins is a safe brand. Here is a quote from their website.

Hi Francesca,

Welcome to the board!!

Not all BBQ sauces are off limits. Saz's BBQ sauce and Sweet Baby Ray's are 2 fine specimens that are GF.

There might even be a GF teryaki sauce too. I won't say what I'm thinking till I check it out.

This was the first food-related call I made right after diagnosis. I'd read the ingredients, but knew gluten lurks in all kinds of places. Heinz, which owns Lea & Perrins, sent me an entire list of their GF products. That little bit of information boosted my morale immeasurably.
I'd been using Lea & Perrins since childhood. I really would have been sorry to see it go if it were not GF.
But I lucked out. At that point, I knew I could succeed on this diet.

Canadians! Beware of Lea & Perrins. It is NOT GF in the Great White North.

Thanks for the reminder Linda!!

We have to remember that our little board spans the entire world! Very Happy So just because a product is GF in one country, does not mean that's GF in another.

Then we get into similarly named products that are entirely different (Smarties & Rockets) in USA vs Canada Wink
