Hot Beef for Sandwiches
4 lbs stew meat or Chuck Roast - cubed and trimmed
1 can Progresso Cream of Mushroom Soup*
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup mix*
Put cubes of meat in roaster pan, spread soup over meat. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top.
Cover roaster pan and bake at 300 for 4 hours. Stir once in awhile.
After cooked, use pastery cutter or fork to shred meat.
* Please check the labels. Currently these products are GF. Progresso is a General Mills product, Lipton is a Unilever product. Both of these companies are GF friendly, so reading the labels will clearly tell you if it's GF. _________________ Al
