Graham Cracker crust substitution

Hi every one;

I've found a new Gf Cereal....by Heartland's Finest

The cereal is called Ceros; (think cheerios)
I have tried the Raspberry the cinnamon.
Both are pretty good.

When eating the cinnamon, I thought it might make a pretty good alternative to a graham cracker crust.

So I tried it...
I crushed it and added cinnamon, sugar and melted butter pressed it into a pie pan. I poured in cheese cake filling, chilled in the frig and ate it!

I couldn't believe how close that crust comes to real graham cracker crust!
