|
|
| I've been trying to find a good recipe for a snack cracker. I've only been able to find one (it has cheddar cheese and cayen pepper in it - they're good), but I'd like to find some other varities. Any suggestions? |

Hi Suzy,
we use the EnerG crackers for dd and self. However, last time I made the Chebe I saw...Hint: Make cracker bread for trips, snacks or school lunches. Bake thinly flattened dough for 20 minutes or until hardened. Remove and break into pieces, or cut the dough on the pan to specific size before baking. and couldn't help but want to make some I just love their crust!!
HTH some! _________________ Kristie M.

I second the reccommendation for the ener-g crackers. My whole family loves them. But if you really want to make your own, I like the Lavosh recipe in 125 best gluten free recipes by by Donna Washburn and Heather Butt. It's really more of a flatbread than a cracker, but you can bake it crispy and it's great with cheese or hummus. _________________ -Colleen
