| Just thought I would say something positive about going out to eat. Last night we went out (for my b-day) It was four of us. We went to the Outback. I called ahead and spoke to the manager, explained that I was on a g/f diet. She knew what that was and proceded to tell me that they had a g/f menue. She said that when we arrived and seated to ask for her. So I did, we got our drinks then asked for her. She was very nice, she came to the table with the g/f menue. asked if I had any questions and said that once I placed my order she would be the person to follow it around the kitchen to make sure of no cross contamination. My meal was great, they even had a flourless brownie with ice cream and whipped cream on it. And yes they did sing happy birthday to me. I will diffinatley go back there. |
