So I squirt some Gulden's Spicy brown mustard from the squeeze bottle onto my Boar's Head beef bologna (GF!), but then I reconsider. Is Gulden's GF?

Ingredient list says vinegar, turmeric, mustard seed, spices.

I dialed the toll-free number, wait for less than a minute until a rep comes on the line.

He checks it out for me, and the answer comes right back: It's GF.

Thanks, dude.

I enjoyed lunch!

ALRIGHT Rags!! Thanks for the heads up!

ConAgra is one of the allergen friendly companies. They won't hide any forms of gluten [wheat, barley, rye, oats]. Once you know this, you can safely their labels and determine if their product is GF.

Here's more info on ConAgra:

Yeah, ConAgra is very good about listing stuff.

I just called them about Rosarita refried beans (I'm very big on tostadas at my house!) and they said they clearly list the top nine allergens, which includes wheat, if a product has them.

They don't hide gluten in anything.

Ahhh. Peace of mind!
