She said I seemed very on-top of things so far - and I told her about using this site as a resource - she was very complimentary of you guys! I am still going through some of the materials she gave me, but if I find anything that hasn't already been posted or recommended here, I'll pop it onto this thread.

And, she seems pretty knowledgeable on Celiac, even though the clinic she works out of specializes in Diabetes and medical weight loss, so I think I am in good hands.

I do find it interesting that she actually knew about us! Interesting... It's nice to know that the Professionals are peeking in. I just wish they'd stop by more often - like Deb (aka RD/LD). It's nice to know we are on the right track. It'd also be nice to know if we were on the wrong track...

BTW...you are now "one of us"...so she was complementary to you too
