Those growth spurts are exciting! My daughter was between 5'0" and 5'1/4" for about 6 yrs, but grew over 2" after about 6 mos gf! She's 20 yrs. old. My other daughter (22 yrs) grew almost 2" after being on a low carb diet for several months (before knowing about cd), and then gf for 5-6 mos.
The rest of the gf part of our family (all over 40 yrs), hasn't grown any taller! |

I've been reading all the posts in this thread. What a wonderful grandma & m-i-l you are Jeannine! You don't mind going that extra mile for the health of your precious grandies.
You'll never regret it and also, your efforts are already beginning to pay off. The children are learning to take care of themselves through yours and your d-i-l's determination.
Keep us the good work! _________________ Diagnosed by blood test & biopsies Nov 2004

Jeannine. You're very welcome. I'm not sure what toothpastes you have in USA. I know that Colgate is gf, but maybe it's not available where you are.
Hopefully, Al will come in, and give you some advice on that.
(hint, hint!!
Hopefully, your son will soon realise that being gf is the only way to be healthy for him as well as his family.
Cheers. Maggie _________________ Diagnosed by blood test & biopsies Nov 2004
