Hershey's Symphony bars

I'm new to the GF world, and was wondering if anyone eats these candy bars. There is a listing of emulsifiers on the label. I have an email in to Hershey about what they use for emulsifiers. I have felt ill after eating this candy but can't be sure if they are the culprit since I am just starting this diet.

Here is a thread about Hersheys (Al bumped it up for you, but I wanted to link it in case you do not see it). If you call them with the bar code, they should be able to give you some answers. I have never had that product - my husband loves that one, though.

I don't eat much by Hersheys until all the controversy surrounding their labeling gets sorted out.
