Hi Bill,

There are 3 that are directly related to CD. The tTG and the AntiGliadin Abs, IgA. and the EMA IgA

Normally they will put reference ranges on the results. Reference ranges will tell you what is low, what is normal, what is high.

Without reference ranges, it's hard to tell. I'm going to guess the AGA Abs IgA is 2?

The tTG will tell if there is villi damage. This test is highly specific to CD [and thus a favorable test]. However, this test works great when there is total villous atrophy [a lot of damage], but less reliable when there is less damage.

The AGA Abs, IgA will be an indicator if gluten might be a problem. This test has fallen out of favor with the advent of the tTG test. The AGA test are not as specific to CD [other health problems can skew the results] - hence the tTG favorisim. BUT - the AGA tests can give you a clue if gluten might causing problems [with or without CD - aka Non Celiac Gluten Sensitivity].

I see they ran an IgA Serum. This is good. This tell you if your are IgA deficient. If you are deficient, you can not produce the IgA antibody - and thus skew the test results.

Thanks for sharing the test results!!
