Cool, thanks for posting this! (I must be one of the few nuts on the PLANET that likes prunes and I love dried fruit in my hot cereals - so now I have a provider! ) |

Al, not sure what you mean by this comment. Wouldn't eating dried fruit be healthy? I think I must be missing something. |

Oh, it's not like eating twinkies or anything, it still has a fair amount of sugar. It also has HFCS [High Fructose Corn Syrup], which is not the best thing in the world for anyone. Some will avoid it like the plague! It'd be a lot better to eat real, unprocessed fruit hehehee
It does have some fiber - which is good.
These are good, it'd be really easy to woof down the entire bag

Yeah...I try to get fresh fruit in season, but especially in winter, the dried stuff (and unsweetened frozen stuff) gets used instead. That, and I just plain LIKE dried cranberries and the afore-mentioned prunes. |

Awww, and I thought I was eating something fairly healthy. I brought these along on my FL trip. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={
