The last time I bought Litehouse Blue Cheese dressing it was listed as gluten free on their website. I would suggest you look at the website again to be certain.

Maytag based in Iowa makes an artisinal blue cheese that is absolutely divine. When I last spoke to them I was told that their cheese meet the EUs definition of gluten free. Thus, it would contain less than 200PPM gluten. It's not inexpensive and isn't available everywhere. Whole Foods and other upscale grocery stores, cheese stores and some TJs carry it.

Doesn't Kraft make blue cheese dressing? Kraft is a gluten-friendly company. If there's gluten they'll list it.

Last time I checked, Athenos hummus and cheese products are GF, but you may want to double-check. Their blue cheese is decent, but not nearly as good as a GF blue cheese (per the owner) made by a Wisconsin dairy whose name is escaping me.

I used to buy it at the Dane County Farmer's Market. I think it was Hook's cheese.
