I know this doesn't work for everyone, but it works wonders for me. So far I have been able to take Bob's Red Mill All Purpose GF Flour and substitute it into many of my recipes for baked goods before I was on the diet. The measurements may have to change a little, but that is no big deal. I have made amazing cookies, pies, and I am working on a cake, but so far I have used GF mixes for those. I also use the flour to make fried chicken and chicken strips. It works wonderfully for that. You can also use it to make white gravy that is great. All in all I think I would be lost without this flour. _________________ It only gets better from here. |

Thanks GFGirl! BRM [Bob's Red Mill] has lots of GF flours for us to try. I'll maybe have to try it with chicken strips.
Glad you found a product that you like so much.
Keep up the good work. _________________ Al
