We went to the Children's Miracle Network Benefit Balloon Rally in Wisconsin Rapids on Saturday. They had a line of food venders probably 125 yards long. One of them had...you guessed it...Os Burgers and steaks. One the menu board it said..."Ostrich - The other red meat". I just had to get a picture. Oh, they also had "cheesecake on stick"!

There was one place that was selling ears of sweet corn and baked potatoes [1.50 ea]. I kind of hung out and watched the process of it. There were no CC issues that I could see. They had this 6' tall vertical rotary grill type thing they were doing the corn [and I assume the potatoes too, since I only saw them doing corn at the time].It looked like it was designed for doing corn actually. The corn still had the husks on. You could get plain taters or loaded taters. The fixins' were put on by the customer, so the only thing the vendor did was slice it. Yes, I watched what they did with the knife - it was only for the taters. Since I couldn't/didn't check out all the "loaded fixin's", I just got a plain tater.

I'm working on getting the photos and video posted...stay tuned!!

Ok Ok...Just in case you thought I've given up on the GF Food wagon idea...I thought I'd share an artist conception of what it might look like....

Peg is still not quite convinced. May be the artist [me] needs to have another flashier version Smile.

That's hilarious. I just can't imagine why she's not convinced. Wink

Too......many........comments..........*head explodes*

LOL, that's awesome Al! I'd be first in line for your GFN! I'll see what I can do to spiffy it up.

By the way, I heard something about a balloon explosion at a rally this weekend. It wasn't your rally, was it??

Great stuff, and smiles all around the GFN wagon! Maybe Peg would go along if she could just count the money coming in.

Os where does one learn to do this stuff?

There's tons of Photoshop tutorials out there. Personally, my favorite Photoshopped images come from Worth1000. They even have logo and web design contests. *hint hint Al*

The best way to learn is to just go and do it. Smile If you don't want to pay an arm and a leg for Photoshop you can get the same effects with GIMP (free).
