There is a new product I just found from Nature Valley "Roasted Nut crunch" & Roasted Almond Crunch. They are really good, they are a product of General Mills, so no hidden gluten.

They have:
Peanuts ,sunflower seeds, sugar, corn syrup,salt, almond flour.

They remind me of peanut brittle, but more of a snack bar then a candy. Very Happy
7 grams of protein
