So creamy, rich, and delicious!

FOUR-MINUTE MICROWAVE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

1 cup butter (two sticks)
1 cup peanut butter
3 1/2 cups powdered confectioner's sugar

Directions:

1. Microwave butter and peanut butter in large microwaveable bowl on high-power for 2 minutes - do not stir ingredients together, just dump in bowl and nuke

2. Remove and stir - then microwave another 2 minutes

3. Remove and add powdered sugar, stirring with a spoon until smooth - do not use a hand mixer, use a spoon only

4. Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 pan

5. Refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes until set

6. Cut into squares - does not have to be kept refrigerated, stores nicely at room temperature

***Personal tip:

Remember to mix the powdered sugar in with a spoon only - because if you use a hand mixer the fudge will turn out dry and crumbly for some reason.

I use buttered foil pans, so I can bend them and the cut squares pop right out nicely for storage in another container.
