Same here. I've figured out ways to make really yummy GF Chicken and Beef stews, and I have a regularly-GF lentil soup I love.

When I get my stuff together I'll post them. Smile

*goes and puts a chicken in the oven...there may be chicken soup in the offing soon! Wink *

This one is yummy. I made it without the corn and it was still good.

Then I had some more pumpkin so I put pumkin, coconut milk, agave nectar and cinnamon together and heated it up--if you ask me, it's better than pumpkin pie. That was dessert for me.
