Kristie
So glad to hear that Denny is home. Sounds like he is improving slowly. I hope that simply being home will be good medicine for him. You all must be so glad to be together again.
I hope that Matthew is continuing to do well? And, I really hope you are getting some much needed rest.
Keeping you in prayer. Steph |

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers!
We'll have a better on Wednesday, he's going back to the doctor for another x-ray. He hasn't had one since his stay in the hospital. It will be interesting to see where he is with the pneumonia, he still had a significant amount when they discharged him.
The good news is he's slowing getting back to himself. We were even able to get him to church yesterday. It was the first time he even felt up to getting dressed in over 4 weeks. He was pretty tired towards the end and slept a good part of the day afterwards, but his oxygen levels maintained the entire time (on the oxygen tanks). They've been staying around 93%, which is around what his doctor would like to see them at.
Everyone else is doing OK. It's nice to have things somewhat get back to normal. Matthew's still struggling a bit, but it's to be expected. All in all, I'm impressed with how well he's been holding up!
Thanks again for the prayers!! Please keep them coming, we still have a long road ahead of us! _________________ Kristie M.

Hi my name is Nancy and I am also a christian woman, however, I have been a Celiac since 2004 and in still much disbelief. I am constantly going off of my diet which gets me into trouble which you don't have to guess what happens next. I think I am finially learning after 4 years.
I always pray for people on this board as I am in the same boat and we all need our prayers continually. Bless you. _________________ Diagnosed with Celiac Disease (blood work & biopsy) October 2003. In denial for a long time,(sound familiar) now trying to stay g/f. |
