Cream Cheese & Pineapple Dip

This is super easy, inexpensive, and delicious!

1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (can use the lower fat type)
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Stir in the pineapple until well mixed. Chill 1 hour if you have time, but not necessary.

For extra zip, add 1/4 tsp. ground ginger. while beating the cream cheese.

Serve with your favorite GF corn chips.
