Sadly, no. It really depends on what you're making. This thread might help. FWIW I use the Featherlight mix pretty often. Seems to work well for most things.

Featherlight Mix

3 cups (4c) Rice Flour
3 cups (4c) Tapioca Flour
3 cups (4c) Cornstarch
3 Tbs. (4 Tbs.) Potato flour (not potato starch)

Hi,

sorry for the late reply, but here is the update ( I hope it may be helpful for everyone):

I have been on steroids to reduce the inflamation of my right tonsil, and antibotics for infection. After multiple rounds, my right tonsil looks normal for now.

The final blood work never showed anything.

So this is a new concept for me, Sjogrens Syndrome. The hallmark symptoms are dry eyes and dry mouth.

http://www.sjogrens.org/syndrome/
Sjögren's syndrome is an autoimmune disease in which the body's immune system mistakenly attacks its own moisture producing glands. Sjögren's is one of the most prevalent autoimmune disorders, striking as many as 4,000,000 Americans. Nine out of ten patients are women.

Does anyone else have this? Is this part of being Celiac?

As an autoimmune disorder, Sjogrens can be linked to celiac. There is not a causative relationship, but having one autoimmune condition predisposes one to having others.

Well...what about this...

More on the leaky gut syndrome-autoimmune disease connection. from Dr. Scot Lewy's Blog.

Quote:
Dr. Alessio Fasano, an expert on celiac who was one of the researchers who published the landmark article identifying the prevalence of celiac being 1:133 people in the U.S. now writes in a recent article that “the co morbidity between celiac disease and other autoimmune disorders has been clearly established.”

He reviews the two main theories that try to explain this established relationship. He concludes that the current scientific literature does not clearly explain the link but that there is “growing evidence that the loss of the intestinal barrier function typical of celiac disease could be responsible for the onset of other autoimmune diseases”.

What does this mean? I believe Dr. Fasano is saying that a leaky gut exposes one’s body to food proteins, bacteria and viruses that interact with your immune system resulting in onset of various autoimmune conditions in genetically susceptible individuals.
