Just made these cookies from Betty Hagman's "Gluten-free Gourmet Makes Dessert" cookbook and they are soooooo good! I made them dairy free as well by substituting vegan butter substitute sticks and getting GFCF chocolate chips. I haven't had fresh baked cookies in almost 6 months. You cannot tell these are GFCF! If anyone wants the recipe let me know.

I've made that recipe before. You're right, it's quite good.
